Some of our past projects

These systems are designed to remove contaminants from lubricating oils and fuels, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of machinery and equipment.

These contaminants can include dirt, debris, water, and particulate matter, among others. Removing these impurities is essential to maintain the quality and performance of lubricants. In hydrocarbon companies, machinery and equipment operate in demanding conditions. Contaminants in lubricants can accelerate wear and tear, leading to equipment breakdowns, increased maintenance costs, and reduced operational efficiency. Bulk filtration systems help protect these critical assets by ensuring that lubricants remain clean and free from harmful particles.

These systems are designed to filter particles of various sizes, and the efficiency of the filtration process can be tailored to meet specific requirements. This is important because different equipment may have varying tolerances for particle size, and some applications may require ultra-clean lubricants.

Thanks to the vast experience of DMB's senior team, in industries other than mining and hydrocarbons where we were able to interpret, said "mud map" and quickly formalize a suitably approved design, that more than met our client's expectations. The facility consisted of two Poly tanks, a 14,000-litre clean water tank and a 23,000-litre waste water tank, both were housed in protective / transport frames.

Clean water was pumped to the client's water cannons using a 4kW, 50x32-160, centrifugal, Close Coupled Motor Pump. Our partner electrical contractor assembled and installed the control panel to site-specific standards. An-inline thermal relief valve was also installed on the pumping circuit to prevent over-presurisation of the circuit. The client's water cannons were mounted onto the two custom-fabricated aluminium platforms, organized through one of our trusted partners.

Designed to store lubricants, oils, and grease. The choice of container depends on the specific lubricant being stored, the environment conditions, and the volume required for ongoing operations.

Many Lube containers are designed with mobility in mind. They often feature handles, wheels, or lifting points, making it easier to transport and distribute lubricants to different machinery and maintenance points.

Proper labelling and color-coding are crucial for identifying the type of lubricant contained in these containers. Additionally, safety features like spill containment systems and locking mechanisms are often integrated into lube containers to prevent accidents and environmental hazards.
